Installing Stainless Steel Exhaust Turn-Downs on a 1957 Chevy Wagon

My Brother Peter Excho has a 1957 Chevrolet Station Wagon, called the “Grocery Getter”, that he is in the process of Restoring.  One of the issues is, that when driving, Exhaust Fumes get drawn back into the Cabin, which isn’t good for any occupants of the vehicle.  So we installed 2 Stainless Steel Turn-Down pipes onto the the rear of the Exhaust system.

The Turn-Downs we received, weren’t quite the right size to fit directly into the Exhaust, so we purchased 2 adapter couplings, which then we fitted to the 1957 Chevy Wagon with some 1/4″ Stainless Steel Bolts.

Below is a Video explaining the process to fit the Stainless Steel Exhaust Turn-Downs on a 1957 Chevy Station Wagon.

Thank you for Watching and Please have a Wonderful Day!
